Our Booty Building Program offers a specialized training regimen, focusing on the lower body, particularly the glutes and accompanying muscles. Spread over three days a week—Monday, Wednesday, and Friday—each workout session is designed to last approximately 45 minutes. This fits effortlessly into your busy lifestyle while maximizing your fitness goals.

Progression:

Weeks 1-4: These weeks serve as your introduction phase, where you'll get acquainted with the range of exercises and equipment involved. Emphasis will be on perfecting your form.

Weeks 5-8: This is when things get challenging. The program intensity will increase, and assessments will be conducted to measure your progress and adjust the program as needed.
